Abstract

South-South cooperation (SSC) presents opportunities for developing country governments and stakeholders on the receiving end. While Northern development assistance remains the main source of public concessional financing for international development, Southern aid and official financing represents useful additional resources for developing countries to support development priorities. This paper is the result of mapping exercises conducted by CPDE members on the flow of SSC in Africa and the Asia Pacific.
